信息技术发展的日新月异迫使高等教育将发生一场全新的变革,而以"互联网+"为背景的高校体育教学在智能手机、平板电脑等电子产品的作用刺激下焕发新的生命力与创造力。通过在体育教学中借助智能手机、平板电脑等不断挖掘体育教学的资源,及时补充体育教学的内容,丰富体育教学的方法与手段以及完善体育教学评价体系。改变传统体育课程的教学模式与教学局面,让学生回归到教学的主体,提高教学的质量和教学的效果,最终为学生终身体育打下坚实的基础。

The rapid development of information technology forces higher education to change,and college physical education based on ＂ Internet plus ＂ has got renewal vitality and creativity stimulated by electronic products such as smart phones and tablets. Through the use of smart phones and tablet computers in sports teaching,we continuously excavate resources of physical education,replenish the contents of physical education,enrich the methods and means of physical education,and improve the evaluation system of physical education teaching. The teaching mode and teaching situation of traditional physical education curriculum should be changed to let students return to their main body of teaching,improve the quality and effect of teaching,and finally lay a solid foundation for lifelong physical education of students.
