中小学生余暇时间体育锻炼参与状况研究——以武汉市青山区为例

Research on Sport Involvement of School Students in Spare Time——Take Qingshan District in Wuhan City as An Example

主要运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数据统计法等方法,在"减负"背景下,对武汉市青山区的4所中小学的部分学生在余暇时间参与体育锻炼的现状及影响因素进行调查分析。结果显示,虽然可选择体育项目种类繁多,但在余暇时间参与体育锻炼的学生却不多;课业负担大、场地器材不足、学生对体育锻炼功能认识不足等成为阻碍他们在余暇时间进行体育锻炼的主要因素,同时也存在其他难以确定因素。

By using methods of literature,questionnaire survey,and mathematic statistics,under the background of burden alleviation,this paper makes investigation and analysis on spare time sport participation status and influential factors in 4 schools at Qingshan District in Wuhan City. Results show that： even there are lots of sports to choose from,few students choose to participate in it in spare time; obstacles include academy burden,limited facilities and cites,cognition on the function of sports is insufficient and other uncertain factors.
