广东省城市公共体育服务满意度及期望值的调查与启示

Investigation and Enlightenment of Satisfaction and Expectation of Public Sports Service in Guangdong Province

为了缓解公共体育服务产品供需矛盾,完善和提高政府部门公共体育服务的供给能力和效率。采用专家访谈法、问卷调查法等研究方法对广东省21城市公共体育服务满意度及期望值进行调查。结果表明:经费支持和体育场地设施是影响公共体育服务满意度的重要因素;根据公众的满意度调整公共体育服务的供给;公共体育服务公众满意度应作为政府政绩考核的重要指标;尽快制定并实施统一的公共体育服务标准。

In order to alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of public sports service products,perfect and improve the supply capacity and efficiency of public sports services in government departments,this paper investigates the satisfaction and expectation of public sports service in 21 cities in Guangdong Province by means of expert interview method and questionnaire survey method. The results show that the support of funds and the facilities of sports venues are the important factors that affect the satisfaction of public sports service. The public health service should be adjusted according to the satisfaction of the public. The public satisfaction of public sports service should be used as an important index of government performance evaluation. Develop and implement a unified public sports service standards as soon as possible.
