三级监控体系在县市级医院落实查对制度的管理探讨

Study on Management of Three level Monitoring System in Implementing the Checking System in the Hospitals in the County and City Level

目的探讨县市级医院利用三级监控体系提高查对准确率的效果。方法对该院2015年6月—2016年6月发生的查对类不良事件进行统计,按照PDCA质量管理方法进行专项整改,拟定对策,从护理部-大科护士长-科室护士长3个管理层面,自上而下进行查对制度落实管理;将整改前后检查结果进行数据对比。结果进行专项整改后,该院查对制度落实缺陷状况大幅度的改善,整改措施有效。结论护理查对制度落实的合格率与管理体系建设有很大关系,三级质控及确定管理重点对改善患者身份识别与正确实施治疗具有重要意义。

Objective Exploring the effect of county-level hospitals using three-level monitoring system to improve the accuracy of check. Methods The checking adverse events in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were counted, and the specific rectification was conducted according to the PDCA quality management method, and the strategies were made, and the checking system was implemented and managed from the department of nursing-head nurses in the large section and head nurses in the department and from top to bottom, and the examination results before and after rectification were compared. Results After the specific rectification, the implementation defect status of checking system in our hospital was greatly improved, and the rectification measures were effective. Conclusion The qualified rate of nursing checking system had a big correlation with the construction of management system, and the three-level quality control and ensuring the management key points were of important significance to improving the identification and accurate treatment.
