库位码在医院物资库房管理中的应用

目的探讨库位码对提高医院库房工作效率,改善库房管理,优化临床服务的作用。方法为库房每一种物品根据具体库位信息,编写相应的字母加数字组成的库位码,并将每一种物品的库位码输入医院信息系统(HIS)库房管理程序的基本信息中。出库单显示相应的物品库位码,盘存表以库位码排序以便于盘点。在使用库位码后对库房管理员的发货时间进行对比,同时调查库房管理员和临床领物人员的满意度。结果使用库位码可明显缩短发货时间,提高工作效率,提高服务质量,提高临床科室对库房人员的满意度。结论库位码在医院库房工作的应用使库房管理更加科学合理。

Objective To study the working efficacy of improving the hospital storehouse management, improve the storehouse management and optimize the role of clinical services. Methods The bank codes that were composed of the corresponding letters and numbers were complied according to the specific storage location information, and the bank code of each article was input with basic information on HIS database management procedures. The issue document showed the corresponding article bank code, and the delivery time of storehouse managers was compared after using the bank data, at the same time, the satisfactory degree of storehouse managers and clinical staff collecting articles. Results The bank code could obviously shorten the delivery time, improve the working efficacy, improve the service quality and improve the satisfactory degree of clinical department to the storehouse staff. Conclusion The application of bank code in the hospital storehouse work makes the storehouse management more scientific and rational.
