医院西药房药品有效期管理探究

Study on Validity Term management of Drugs in the Western Pharmacy in the Hospital

目的分析探讨医院西药房药品有效期管理的方法。方法该次采取随机抽样法,对该院西药房2016年1月—2017年12月抽取的100份失效药品的影响因素进行分析,进一步制定并实施有效期管理方案。结果 100份失效药品涉及的影响因素包括:环境因素32份(32.00%)、制度及人为因素36份(36.00%)、信息网络建设因素32份(32.00%)。结论医院西药房药品失效的原因较多,有必要优化医院西药房药品管理的环境,加强制度建设,提高管理人员综合素质,并及时更新信息网络系统,以此为医院西药房药品有效期管理效率及质量的全面提升奠定夯实的基础。

Objective To analyze and study the method of validity term management of drugs in the western pharmacy in the hospital. Methods The influencing factors of 100 pieces of invalid drugs extracted from the western pharmacy from January 2016 to December 2017 were analyzed, and the validity term management plan was further made. Results The influencing factors of 100 pieces of invalid drugs included： environment factor 32 pieces（32.00%）, system and human factors 36 pieces（36.00%） and information network construction factor 32 pieces（32.00%）. Conclusion The causes of invalidity drugs in the western pharmacy in the hospital are multiple, and it is necessary to optimize the environment in the western pharmacy in the hospital, enhance the system construction, improve the comprehensive quality of management staff, and update the information network system thus laying foundation for the improvement of validity term efficacy of drugs in the western medicine in the hospital.
