护理风险管理作为一种护理管理模式,其具有前瞻性的特点,因而能够在护理的过程中进行有组织、有计划的防范和管理,以便于更好地降低护理风险事件发生率。随着经济和科技的发展,我国医疗水平得到了相应提升,伴随人们健康意识的增强,人们在护理方面的重视程度越来越高,如护理技术、医疗技术以及护理质量等,由于内科疾病护理管理中存在一定的风险,由此,就内科疾病护理管理中的风险因素进行了分析,其后阐述了护理风险管理的实施措施,其主要目的在于进一步提高病人的满意率及护理质量。

The nursing risk management, as a kind of nursing management model, is prospective, which can conduct the organized and planned prevention and management in the nursing course thus better reducing the incidence rate of nursing risks. With the economic and technological development, the medical level in China is improved to a certain degree, and with the increase of people＇s health awareness, people pay more and more attention to the nursing, such as nursing technology, medical technology and nursing quality, and there are a certain risks in the nursing management in the diseases in the department of internal medicine, therefore, the paper analyzes the risk factors in the nursing management, elaborates the implementation measures of nursing risk management, and the major aim is to further improve the satisfactory rate and nursing quality of patients.
