摘要
人力资源管理是医院运营管理的核心环节,而培训又是人力资源管理中必不可少的关键性构成部分。随着医疗市场竞争日渐激烈,培训已成为医院提升市场占有率以及服务水平的有效途径。医院要多层次高效利用极具优势的PDCA循环管理法,开展高层次培训工作,规范内部岗位员工行为,增强其对内部文化认同感、信任感的过程中提高综合素质以及人力资源管理水平。因此,该文从不同角度入手客观阐述了医院培训中PDCA循环管理法的应用。
The human resource management is the core link of the hospital operation management, but the training is also the inevitable key component in the human resource management. With the ever-increasing fierce medical market competition, the training is an effective way for hospitals to improve the marketing occupancy and service level. The hospital needs to use the PDCA circulation management method effectively, develops the high-level training work, standardize the behavior of internal post staff, enhance the identification sense and trust sense to the internal culture thus improving the comprehensive quality and human resource level. Therefore, the paper elaborates the application of PDCA circulation management method in the hospital training from different angles.
