新医改的出台,对医院的建筑及设施、医院廉政文化的建设、医疗服务模式的创新等提出了更高的要求,基于此,该文首先介绍了医院建设项目的背景及现状,以南通市第一人民医院为例,提出新医改背景下有效帮助医院建设项目管理的有效措施,为医院建设项目的管理者提供决策依据,促进医院的进一步发展。

The new medical reform puts forwards a higher requirement for the building and facilities, construction of clean government culture, and medical service model, based on the above, the paper firstly introduces the background and status of hospital construction project, and puts forwards the effective measures of helping the hospital construction project management by taking Nantong First People＇s Hospital as an example under the background of new medical reform and provides reference and basis for the managers of hospital construction items, thus promoting the further development of the hospital.
