摘要
目的分析目标教学在眼科临床护理带教中的应用效果。方法以2014年7月—2016年4月间,该院眼科接收的43名护理学专业实习护生为参照组,以2016年7月—2018年4月间,该院眼科接收的45名护理学专业实习护生为研究组,参照组采用传统带教模式,研究组采用目标教学模式,对比两组的实习成绩。结果通过带教培训,两组护生的技能考核评分和专业知识评分均明显提升,与带教实习前差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)研究组护生的考核评分和专业知识评分提升幅度更大,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将目标教学应用于眼科临床护理带教中,能更好提升护生相关知识和技能考核项目掌握度,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the application effect of target nursing in the clinical nursing teaching in the department of ophthalmology. Methods 43 cases of practical students in the nursing major in our hospital from July 2016 to April 2018 were selected, and 45 cases of practice students in the nursing major admitted and treated in our hospital were selected as the research group, the control group used the traditional teaching model, while the research group used the targeted teaching model, and the practical scores were compared between the two groups. Results After the teaching training, the nursing examination scores and professional knowledge scores were obviously improved, and the differences before and after practice were statistically significant(P〈0.05), and the examination score and professional knowledge scores were greatly improved,in the research group, and the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The application of targeted nursing in the clinical nursing teaching in the department of ophthalmology can better improve the nursing related knowledge and mastery degree of skill examination items, and it is worth promotion.
