蚌埠市大学生健康信息素养调查及影响因素分析

Investigation on Health Information Quality of Students in Bengbu and Analysis of Influencing Factors

目的探讨蚌埠市大学生健康信息素养及影响因素。方法选择蚌埠市两所大学的大学生作为调查对象,开展抽样调查方式,一所为医学院,一所为综合大学,均利用健康信息素养量表对大学生健康信息素养进行调查评价,共发放调查问卷850份,回收有效问卷800份,问卷有效率为94.12%。针对不同性别、学校、年级、生源地、家庭收入等进行综合分析。结果 800名大学生健康信息素养测评评分为(19.24±1.12)分,其中男学生分数偏低、农村学生分数偏低、综合性大学学生分数偏低、低年级学生分数偏低、家庭年收入较低学生分数偏低,与女学生、城市学生、医学院大学学生、高年级学生及家庭高收入学生比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论需注重开展健康信息素养相关课程,确保提升大学生的综合素质。

Objective To study the health information quality of students in Bengbu and analysis of influencing factors.Methods The students in two colleges in Bengbu were selected as the investigation objects, including a medical college and a comprehensive college, and the health information quality of students was investigated by the scale, and 850 pieces of questionnaires were issued, and 800 pieces of effective questionnaires were recycled, and the effective rate of questionnaire was 94.12%, and the data were comprehensively analyzed according to different genders, schools, grades, birthplace and family income. Results The health information quality scores of 800 cases was（19.24 ±1.12）points, and the score of male students was lower, the score of rural students was lower, the score of students in the comprehensive college was lower, the students in low grade was lower, the score of students from family with annual income was lower, and the differences were not obvious compared with the female students, urban students, students in medical colleges, students in high grade and students from family with high income（P〈0.05）. Conclusion We need to emphasize the health information quality related courses, and ensure the improvement of comprehensive quality of college students.
