摘要 荧光探针因具有选择性强、灵敏度高、操作简单等特点,已成为生命科学、环境保护、化学等领域的重要检测手段之一。通过对探针分子进行简单的结构修饰,可以设计合成出多种功能的探针。小分子荧光探针不仅设计简单、操作便捷,而且具有极大的开发应用空间,是目前科研工作者研究的热点。为了更好地设计和合成出更多功能型荧光探针,对目前小分子荧光探针的设计理念、要求、原理等方面进行了研究,并做出总结和展望,以促进小分子荧光探针的发展。 As fluorescent probe has many characteristics,such as strong selectivity,high sensitivity and ease of application,it is one of the important detection methods in the field of life science,environmental protection and chemistry. Fluorescent probe of many functions can be managed by simply modifying the structure. Small-molecular fluorescent probe is popular to science researchers for its easy designing,simple operating and large explore prospects.The design,component and principle of small-molecular fluorescent probe were studied to better design and create more fluorescent probes with different functions. The summary and prospect were also presented to improve the development of small-molecular fluorescent probe.
