摘要
采用离子交联法制备载盐酸小檗碱的海藻酸钙/壳聚糖盐酸盐(ALG-Ca/CHI)模板微球,利用层层自组装技术将羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)和CHI逐层络合制得载盐酸小檗碱微球。通过CLSM、FT-IR、SEM、溶胀实验和体外释药实验对载药微球的性能进行研究,结果表明,CMC与CHI通过静电作用形成聚电解质复合物成功包覆在ALG-Ca凝胶表面,微球剖面边缘出现层层膜结构且膜层总厚度约为20.26μm,载盐酸小檗碱ALG-Ca/(CHI/CMC)3微球释药发现,在37℃,pH越高,累计释放率越高。
Berberine hydrochloride-loaded microspheres were prepared,where CHI with oppositely charged CMC was deposited on different layers through complexation by layer-by-layer self-assembly method. In this method,berberine hydrochloride-loaded ALG-Ca/CHI template microspheres were prepared by ion cross-linking method. CLSM,FT-IR,SEM,swelling test and drug release experiment in vitro were used to characterize the properties of drug-loaded microspheres. The results showed that polyelectrolyte complexes of CHI and CMC with multilayer structure were formed on edge of vertical section of microsphere. The membrane thickness was approximately 20. 26 μm. Meanwhile,by investigating the drug release experiments of Berberine hydrochloride-loaded ALG-Ca/(CHI/CMC)3 microspheres,it was found that when the solution was 37 ℃,the higher pH,the higher the berberine hydrochloride release rate.
