美肤乳膏剂的组方优化与效果评价

摘要 美肤乳膏剂最优组方的筛选及效果评价。以感官评价和理化检查为指标,筛选乳膏剂的最优组方,并通过Lab色度系统和抑菌活性检测的方法对美肤乳膏剂进行效果评价。结果显示,按照组方八制得的美肤乳膏剂外观色泽佳,皮肤感觉良好,稳定性高。美肤乳膏剂组方设计科学,工艺合理简单,质量稳定可靠,具有较好的美白效果(ΔEab值在18 d时达到最大值10.8)与抑菌活性。 The formula of skin cream was optimized through sensory evaluation and physical examination. The effect of skin cream was evaluated via the method of Lab color system and the detection of antibacterial activity. The skin cream made by group eight had great color appearance,good skin sense and high stability. In summary,the obtained skin cream prescription was of scientific design,reasonably simple process,stable and reliable quality with good whitening effect(a Eab value reached a maximum value of 10. 8 at 18 d) and antibacterial activity.
