摘要
采用了高温去除高纯度石墨矿中固定碳,把复杂基体改进成简单的无机化合物,再用氢氟酸、盐酸和硫酸溶解,差减法得到二氧化硅的含量。差减法测试二氧化硅含量一般只能用于高纯度石英砂里的测试,本方法通过前处理,成功的将差减重量法应用于高纯度石墨矿中低含量二氧化硅的测试。通过实验获得了加标回收率在99.4%~104.2%之间,标样测试全部在合格范围内,7次平行测量的相对标准偏差不大于2.45%,方法结果可靠。
High temperature was used to remove fixed carbon in high purity graphite and improve the complex matrix into simple inorganic compounds. Then the content of silica was obtained by HF and hydrochloric acid subtraction. The difference method was used to test the silica content in high purity quartz sand. This method was successfully applied to the test of low content silica in high purity graphite ore by pretreatment. The recovery rate of the added standard was between 99. 4% and 104. 2% through the experiment. The standard sample test was all within the qualified range,the relative standard deviation of the 7 parallel measurements was less than 2. 45%,and the method results were reliable.
