提高全自动馏程分析仪准确度的措施

摘要 使用全自动常压蒸馏仪,通过实验选出最佳操作条件:加热时间、加热功率、接收室温度和终馏点检测最佳温度,进行样品馏程测定时准确度高且重复性好,加热速率能够很好的控制在GB/T6536-1997标准要求的范围内,可以实现一人同时操作多台仪器,提高了分析效率,且测试结果全部储存在仪器内,可以随时调用查看,操作方便,适用性好,在日常生产中完全可以替代传统手工蒸馏仪。 Using the full automatic country,the optimum operating conditions were selected through experiments:heating time,heating power,receiving room temperature and final distillation point detection temperature. Sample distillation range was determined with high accuracy and good repeatability,heating rate can be well controlled in the range of GB/T6536-1997 standard requirements. It can operate more than one instrument at the same time by one person and improve the efficiency of analysis. The test results were stored in the instrument. It can be called and viewed at any time. It was easy to operate and had good applicability. It can completely replace the traditional manual distillation instrument in daily production.
