目的探讨加强血液科医师职业化医患沟通能力的必要性和方法 ,以促进和谐医患关系的发展。方法通过提出血液科医师职业化医患沟通面临的问题,阐述了提高血液科医师职业化医患沟通能力的必要性,分析了职业化医患沟通的特点,提出了切实可行的方法,以求血液科医师更好地开展临床诊疗工作。结果血液科医师需要从态度认识上、理论知识上以及方法实践上不断努力,提高职业化医患沟通能力。结论加强血液科医师职业化医患沟通能力具有必要性和重要性,积极有效的方法措施有利于提高职业化医患沟通能力。

Objective To study the necessity and method of enhancing the professional doctor-patient coruruunication abili- ties of physicians in the department of hematology to promote the development of harmonious medical relationship. Methods The necessity of improving the professional doctor-patient communication abilities of physicians in the department of hematology was elaborated by putting forwards the related issues, and the features of occupational medical communications were analyzed, and the feasible methods were put forwards, in order to better conduct the diagnosis and treatment work for doctors in the department of hematology. Results The physicians in the department of hematology need to make efforts con- stantly from attitude, theoretical knowledge and method practice. Conclusion Enhancing the medical communication abili- ties of professional doctor-patient communication abilities of physicians in the department of hematology is conductive to improving the professional medical communication abilities.
