摘要
目的为完善药店营业场所设计提供参考。方法采用问卷调查法,对福州市五区560名药店消费者进行调查。结果共发放问卷560份,回收有效问卷512份,有效回收率为91.43%。在影响药店消费者的15个药店营业场所设计影响因素中,其中药店店面及布局设计为影响消费者的主要因子,药店整体环境设计为次要因子。结论零售药店应进行特色化设计药店店面,强化竞争力;合理化进行药店内部布局设计,有效调动顾客流动线;迎合消费者心理,创造舒适的整体环境。
Objective To provide reference for improving the business place design of pharmacy.Methods 560 pieces of pharmacy consumers in five districts in Fuzhou were surveyed by the questionnaires. Results 560 pieces of questionnaires were issued, and 512 pieces of effective questionnaires were recycled, and the effective recycle rate was 91.43%, of 15 in- fluencing factors, the storefront and layout design were the major factors, and the holistic environment design of pharmacy was the second factor. Conclusion The retail pharmacy should conduct the characteristic design of storefront, intensify the competition, rationally design the internal layout, effectively motivate the custom flow line, cater to consumer psychology and create the comfortable holistic environment.
