运动疗法在糖尿病治疗中的疗效分析

目的出于讨论分析运动疗法在糖尿病中的具体疗效的目的。方法抽取132例于2016年8月—2017年2月为该院收治的糖尿病患者作为该次研究对象,并以电子随机方法将132例患者分成观察组(66例)和对照组(66例),对照组采用常规药物进行治疗,观察组患者在此基础上加入运动疗法,对两组患者疗效进行分析和对比。结果经过对比,采取运动疗法的观察组患者平均空腹血糖、餐后两小时血糖、糖化血红蛋白率低于仅使用常规药物治疗的对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者采取运动疗法可以在一定程度上有效控制血糖,运动疗法具有一定的疗效。

Objective To discuss and analyze the specific curative effect of motor therapy in the diabetes Methods 132 cases of diabetes patients treated in our hospital from August 2016 to February 2017 were selected, and randomly divided into two groups with 66 cases in each, the control group used the routine drugs, while the observation group used the motor therapy on the basis of the control group, and the curative effect was analyzed and compared. Results After comparison, the average fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2 h blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the different was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The motor therapy in diabetes patients can effectively control the blood glucose to a certain degree, which has a certain curative effect.
