综合护理干预对精神分裂症伴糖尿病患者的疗效

Curative Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Patients with Schizophrenia and Diabetes

目的探究综合护理干预对精神分裂症合并糖尿病患者的综合效果以及产生的影响。方法选取该院于2016年10月—2017年10月接收入院的精神分裂症并伴糖尿病患者98例,将其分为对实验组和对照组,各49例。给予对照组常规护理予方案,实验组除对照组护理方案外给予综合护理干预方案。对比两组患者相关情况,观察其护理前后血糖指标以及患者护理满意度。结果 3个月后,实验组患者空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖值与护理前相比,得到明显改善,实验组与对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论给予精神分裂症伴糖尿病患者应用综合护理干预方案,其疗效明显,改善患者不良心理状态,提高患者满意度,改善生活质量,可在临床中进一步推广应用。

Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with schizophrenia and diabetes.Methods 98 cases of patients with schizophrenia and diabetes admitted and treated in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2017 were selected and divided into two groups with 49 cases in each, the control group used the routine plan,while the experimental group used the comprehensive nursing intervention plan on the basis of the control group, and the related conditions were compared between the two groups, and the blood glucose indicators and nursing satisfactory degree before and after nursing were observed. Results After three months, the fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2 h blood glucose values in the experimental group were obviously improved compared with those before nursing, and the differences between the two groups were obvious, with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The nursing satisfactory degree in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention plan in patients with schizophrenia and diabetes has an obvious curative effect, which can improve the adverse mental state, improve the satisfactory degree and improve the quality of life, and it can be further applied and promoted in clinic.
