益气活血通痹汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Yiqi Huoxue Tongbi Tang in Treatment of Diabetic Neuropathy

目的分析益气活血通痹汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果。方法随机选择该院2017年1月—2018年1月间收治的糖尿病周围神经病变患者80例,根据治疗方式分成对照组和实验组(各40例);对照组给予常规治疗,实验组在常规治疗基础上采取中药益气活血通痹汤进行治疗,之后对比两组患者临床症状改善情况。结果两组患者经过治疗,实验组临床总有效率是95.0%明显比对照组的77.5%高(P<0.05);实验组的正中神经SNCV治疗后(41.2±3.56),MNCV是(43.5±1.18)改善明显(P<0.05);实验组总神经治疗后评分MNCV(40.3±3.21),SNCV(38.6±2.15)改善显著(P<0.05)。结论对于糖尿病周围神经病变患者采取益气活血通痹汤进行治疗,可以有效改善患者肢体疼痛麻木情况,提高患者运动神经和感觉神经传导速度,患者糖尿病周围神经改善良好。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of yiqi huoxue tongbi tang in treatment of diabetic neuropathy. Methods From January 2017 to January 2018 80 cases of patients with diabetic neuropathy admitted and treated in our hospital were divided into two groups with 40 cases in each according to different treatment methods, the control group used the routine therapy, while the experimental group were treated with yiqi huoxue tongbi tang, and the improvement of clinical symptoms was compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total clinical treatment effective rate in the experimental group was obviously higher than that in the control group（95.0% vs 77.5%）（P〈0.05）, after treatment, the nervi medianus SNCV（41.2±3.56） and MNCV（43.5±1.18） were obviously improved（P〈0.05）, and the MNCV（40.3±3.21）, SNCV（38.6±2.15）after treatment in the experimental group were obviously improved（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The yiqi huoxue tongbi tang in treatment of diabetic neuropathy can effectively improve the numbness of pain in the limbs and improve the motor nerve and sensory nerve conduction rate, and the improvement of peripheral nerve of diabetes is good.
