地方高校来华留学生学习生活满意度调查分析——基于湖州师范学院留学生样本的调查分析

Investigation and Analysis on Satisfaction of Study and Life of Foreign Students in Local Universities with Huzhou University as a Sample

随着我国的国际地位不断提升,来华留学生的规模不断扩大。地方高校对留学生的教育与管理工作时间相对较短,经验积累少,需要我们加快研究的步伐。本文从留学生的视角看待我们在教学与管理各方面的问题,通过定量与定性相结合的研究方法,对湖州师范学院140名来华留学生开展了问卷调查,并对16位留学生进行了面对面访谈,主要从留学生的基本情况、学习、生活满意度和校园活动满意度四个维度进行了调查。调查结果表明,留学生的总体满意度为65%,其学习满意度、生活满意度和校园活动满意度呈显著正相关。研究者为地方高校提升来华留学生学习生活满意度方面提供实证参考,为促进留学生教育事业的良性发展与中华文化的有效传播做出贡献。

With the continuous promotion of the international status of our country, the scale of foreign students in China is expanding. Local colleges and universities have relatively less experience in the education and management of overseas students. From the perspective of overseas students, we look at all aspects of teaching and management. This paper adopts both qualitative and quantitative research methods, mainly from the four dimensions of the students’ basic situation, learning satisfaction, life satisfaction and campus activity satisfaction, to interview 16 students and carry out a survey of 140 students at Huzhou University in China. The finding shows that the total satisfaction of foreign students is 65%, and the students＇ learning satisfaction, life satisfaction and campus activity satisfaction are positively correlated. The researchers provide an empirical reference for local colleges and universities to improve the learning and life satisfaction of the foreign students.
