PDCA循环在《病原生物学》课堂教学中的应用

Application of PDCA Cycle in the Classroom Teaching of Pathogen Biology

在"病原生物学"课堂教学过程中引入PDCA循环,由教师和学生共同参与课堂教学质量管理。研究结果发现,实验班级的平时课堂测验和期末考试成绩均优于对照班级(P<0.05),学生评教结果显示,采用该方法后,学生对课堂教学满意度、对学习的兴趣等方面均有一定的提高。PDCA循环有利于提高"病原生物学"课堂教学质量,调动学生的积极性,具有较大的实用价值。

The PDCA cycle was introduced into the course of “Pathogen Biology”, and all the teachers and students participated in the quality management of classroom teaching. The results showed that the scores of the usual class test and final exam in the experimental class were better than those in the control class （P〈0.05）. So PDCA circulation is beneficial to the teaching quality of “pathogenic biology” in class, and it raises the students’ interest, therefore this teaching method has great practical value.
