摘要
对"整合高校思政理论课教师与辅导员"可以有两种不同理解:"人员"层面整合是双方相互兼任;"工作"层面整合就是工作内容的衔接。前者不够合理,不具现实可行性:相互兼任与以往工作思路相冲突、双方没有时间精力和能力条件;后者是构建"大思政"体系真正要实现的深层整合,转变思想观念、建立合理评价体系就应该能够建立实现两支队伍工作对接的沟通交流制度,形成大学生思想政治教育有机整体。
There are two different understandings of integrating the teachers of ideological and political theory course with counselors in college: one means the two parties can hold concurrent roles from “Personnel” view; another means convergence of work content of both sides from “Work” view. The former is neither reasonable nor practicable: it is in conflict with the previous work ideas, and the teachers and counselors have no time and energy and ability to be competent at the job of the other party; the latter is the deep integration which is to build a “broad sense ideological and political” system to realize the transformation our ideas and establish a reasonable evaluation system, and then the communication system which two teams work end-to-end joint should be established, so as to form the organic whole of college students' ideological and political education.
