Integrated Safety and Environmental Management in Chemical Parks

从化工园区的特点分析了安全、环保、职业卫生的管理内容以及它们之间的相互联系,阐述了化工园区内安全环保一体化管理的必要性,提出以风险管理作为安全环保一体化管理的手段;并从风险管控的角度出发,在统一平台和标准的基础上,通过风险识别、风险评价、和风险控制的程序形成有效的风险管理;为绿色化工园区的管理提供借鉴。

The scale of chemical parks becomes large, however, safety and environmental issues are not resolved. This paper analyzes the content of safety and environmental management and their relationship, also describes the necessity of integrated management in safety and environmental issues, that is, risk management. To have efficient risk management, uniform platform and standard are needed, and it is necessary to take the procedure of risk identification, risk evaluation, and risk control. This paper can be helpful for management of green chemical parks.
