摘要
心肌病是结构和功能异常的心肌疾病。老年心肌病是老年人心力衰竭的一个重要原因,也是造成老年人死亡的疾病之一,其在临床表现、诊治及预后等方面都具有独特性。现就老年心肌病的治疗及预后进行综述,以期为老年心肌病的治疗及预后评价提供借鉴。
Cardiomyopathy is a myocardial disease with structural and functional abnormality. Senile cardio- myopathy is an important cause of heart failure and also one of the death-causing diseases in the elderly. Senile cardio- myopathy is unique in clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatmentand prognosis. This review summarized the treat- ment and prognosis of senile cardiomyopathy to provide suggestions for the treatment and prognosis of senile cardiomy- opathy.
