降尿酸治疗对高尿酸血症伴心力衰竭患者心血管系统的影响

Effect of urate-lowering therapy on cardiovascular system in patients with hyperuricemia complicated with heart failure

高尿酸血症(HUA)与心力衰竭均是临床常见疾病,HUA与心力衰竭患者的发病率和死亡率均密切相关。降尿酸治疗的目标是使血尿酸水平降低到360μmol/L以下。本文从生活方式指导、碱化尿液药物和降尿酸药物等方面,对HUA伴心力衰竭患者降尿酸治疗对患者心血管系统的影响进行综述,以期对降尿酸治疗提供借鉴。

Hyperuricemia and heart failure are both common diseases. Hyperuricemia is closely related to the morbidity and mortality of patients with heart failure. Serum uric acid levels below 360 μmol/L is the goal of urate-lower- ing therapy. This review focuses on the effects of urate-lowering therapy on cardiovascular system in patients with hyperu- rieemia complicated with heart failure from the aspects of lifestyle guidance, alkalized urine drugs and uric acid-lowering drugs, which can provide reference for the treatment.
