湖南省历史文化街区保护规划的若干问题研究

Research on Historical and Cultural Blocks Conservation Plan of Hunan Province

在总结湖南省历史文化街区保护与发展经验的基础上,主要研究了湖南省历史文化街区对于保护规划的发展进程,了解历史文化街区的保护和规划特点,找到在街区文化面貌保护以及原始建筑物维修等环节中存在的问题,然后结合湖南省衡阳市历史文化街区在保护规划发展过程中的实际现状提出相应的街区保护与规划的核准范围和制定标准,旨在能够提高对湖南省历史文化街区的保护力度以及旅游开发战略的发展水平。

On the basis of summing up the experience of protection and development of historical and cultural blocks in Hunan Province, this paper mainly studies the development process of the protection and planning to historical and cultural streets, and the problems in their protection and maintenance. Combined with the actual situation in Hengyang, this paper puts forward the approval scope and standard, aiming at increasing the protection efforts and improving the developmental level of tourism development strategy.
