理工类高校人文素质教育机制构建研究

Study on Humanistic Quality Education Mechanism in Science and Engineering Universities

高校人文素质教育是培养全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人的必然要求,是马克思关于"人的全面发展"理论的实践要求,也是2017年1月25日国务院办公厅印发的《关于实施中华优秀传统文化传承发展工程的意见》实施意见的要求。当前,在理工类高校,人文素质教育存在地位较低、机制设置不完善等问题,人文素质教育尚未达到理想效果。本文通过分析理工类高校人文素质教育的现存问题以及人文素质教育机制构建的影响因素,以教育功能机制为主线构建科学的、协调的理工类高校人文素质教育制约机制、保障机制和激励机制,推动理工类高校人文素质教育机制的构建和完善。

Humanistic quality education in colleges and universities is an inevitable requirement for cultivating socialist builders and successors in all-round development. It is also a practical requirement of Marx＇s theory of ＂man＇s all-round development＂ and also a guideline for accomplishing ＇The Opinion on Implementing China Outstanding Traditional Culture Heritage Development Project ＇which was published by the General Office of the State Council on January 25,2017. At present,the humanistic quality education has a low status and the mechanism setting is not perfect in science and engineering colleges and universities. This article analyzes the existing problems of humanistic quality education in science and engineering universities and the factors that affect the construction of the system. It builds a scientific and coordinated mechanism of restraining humane quality education, and also constructs and improves humanistic quality education system in science and engineering universities.
