法治视阈下政府社会公众满意度调查研究——以A省L市为例

A Survey of Governmental Public Satisfaction under the Rule of Law——take L City, Province A as an example

基于A省L市政务服务中心的调研数据,文章运用SPSS和STATA统计方法对政府社会公众满意度的影响因素进行实证分析。研究表明:政务环境设施、服务态度、办事效率、公开透明度、告知情况、廉洁自律、责任心、公告、投诉渠道等因素对政府社会满意度的提升具有显著正向影响,办事效率与告知情况的交互变量的系数为负,办事效率与信息通知的交互变量的系数亦为负。在此基础上,文章提出相应的政策建议,主要有加强政府工作人员队伍建设、增强政府办事公开透明度和畅通多元化政府投诉渠道等。

Based on the survey data of the L City Service Center in A Province, the paper uses SPSS and STATA statistical methods to empirically analyze the influencing factors of government social satisfaction. The research shows that：government environmental facilities, service attitudes, work efficiency, openness, transparency, informed situations, honesty,self-discipline, responsibility, announcements, and complaints channels have a significant positive impact on the improvement of government social satisfaction, efficiency, and information The coefficient of the interaction variable is negative, and the coefficient of the interaction variable of service efficiency and information notification is also negative. On this basis, the paper puts forward corresponding policy recommendations, which mainly include strengthening the construction of government workforce, enhancing open transparency of government affairs, and smoothing channels for diversified government complaints.engineering universities.
