摘要
探讨阅读疗法对轻度抑郁症大学生心理治疗的有效性和治疗过程。采用个案研究法,通过阅读疗法结合同伴疗法对一名轻度抑郁症大学生进行治疗。阅读疗法是一种有效辅助治疗轻度抑郁症的方法,通过阅读改变目标对象对待躯体性因素的态度以及对待生活事件的态度,增强其行为自我矫正的潜能,以达到治疗的目的。
To explore the effects and treatment process of bibliotherapy for college students with mild depression, one college student with mild depression has been treated through bibliotherapy combined with peer therapy. Bibliotherapy is an effective auxiliary treatment of mild depression. By means of bibliotherapy, we could change the attitude of target object to physical factors and life event and enhance their behavior potency of self-correction, so as to achieve the purpose of treatment.
