民办高职院校大健康类专业实训室的建设与管理探析

A Brief Analysis of Construction and Management of Large Health-professional Training Rooms in Private Vocational Colleges

高职院校的实训室是强化学生技能培养、组织实践教学、提升人才培养质量的重要场所,是实践人才培养模式的重要保障。对于大健康类专业来说,实训室承担了更为重要的任务。本文主要以笔者所在院校为例,在阐述民办高职院校大健康专业实训室的现状、存在问题以及原因的基础之上,从改革管理模式、加大实训投入、制定规章制度、提升师生管理水平等方面提出了实训室建设的相关对策。

The training room of higher vocational colleges is an important place to strengthen the cultivation of students＇ skills, organize practical teaching and improve the quality of personnel training, which is an important guarantee for the training mode of practical talents. For major health majors, the training room has taken on more important tasks. This paper, taking the author＇s college as an example, puts forward some countermeasures for the construction of the training room based on the present situation, problems and causes of the major health professional training room in higher vocational colleges.
