契合地方经济发展与产学研协同教育的新建本科院校创业人才培养模式研究

Research on the Training Mode of Entrepreneurial Talents in Newly-built Undergraduate Colleges Fit the Local Economic Development and the Cooperative Education of Production and Research

新建本科院校创业人才培养必须契合地方经济发展与产学研协同教育模式,根据地方经济发展的要求和产学研协同教育模式的要求,新建本科院校应该以"创业意识突出、创业能力强、有创业精神"作为培养要求,以应用型创业人才、创新型创业人才、复合型创业人才作为培养方向构建创业人才培养目标体系。文章结合目前新建本科院校创业人才培养活动中所存在的问题,从管理组织体系、教学质量体系、绩效评价体系等三个方面提出了新建本科院校创业人才培养的模式进行改革的具体途径。

Entrepreneurial talent training of new undergraduate colleges and universities must be in conjunction with local economic development and the cooperative education mode of industry-learning-research. According to the requirements of local economics and the industry-learning-research cooperative education mode, the newly-built universities should construct the system of entrepreneurial talent training target based on the training requirements of dominant entrepreneurial idea, the strong entrepreneurial talent, the great entrepreneurial spirit and based on the training direction of applied-entrepreneurial talents, innovative-entrepreneurial talents and compound-entrepreneurial talents. This paper puts forward the specific ways of reforming the training mode of entrepreneurial talents in newly-built universities from three aspects, such as management organization system, teaching quality system and performance evaluation system combined with the existing problems in the cultivation of entrepreneurial talents in newly established universities.
