摘要
在动力锂电池系统中,准确估算锂电池荷电状态是锂电池系统安全充放电的关键。以水产养殖全自动作业船动力锂电池荷电状态为研究目标,通过分析锂电池的工作状态,建立二阶RC等效电路。使用MATLAB对参数识别结果进行多项式拟合,在此基础上采用适用于非线性状态估算的扩展卡尔曼滤波研究方法,通过电池充放电循环仪和实际工况验证该算法的实用性与可靠性。实验结果表明,该算法可为全自动作业船动力锂电池荷电状态估算提供数据支持,具有较大的参考价值。
In the power lithium battery system,the accurate estimation of the state of charge of lithium battery is the key to the safety charging and discharging of the lithium battery system.In this paper,The power lithium battery state of charge of aquaculture automatic operation of ship as the research object,through the analysis of the working state of the lithium battery,create a second-order RC lithium battery equivalent circuit,polynomial fitting was carried out on the parameter identification results by MATLAB,and on this basis,adopting the research method for the extended Kalman filter to estimate non linear state.The utility and reliability of the algorithm are verified by the charging and discharging cycle instrument and the actual working conditions.The experimental results show that the algorithm provides data support for the estimation of the charging state of the full automatic operation ship power lithium battery,and has strong reference value and guiding significance.
