血清BAFF在系统性红斑狼疮的表达及临床意义

The Levels and Clinical Significance of B Cell Activating Factor in Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

目的:检测系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者血清B细胞活化因子(BAFF)表达水平,探讨BAFF与SLE病情活动指标及临床症状的关系。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测80例SLE患者及60例健康对照血清BAFF水平;检测SLE患者抗双链DNA(ds-DNA)抗体等指标。结果:SLE组血清BAFF水平高于健康对照组(P<0.05),活动组BAFF水平高于非活动组及健康对照组(P<0.01)。SLE患者血清中BAFF水平与SLEDAI、血沉(ESR)呈正相关(P<0.01、P<0.05);与补体C3呈负相关(P<0.05)。抗ds-DNA抗体阳性SLE患者BAFF水平高于抗ds-DNA抗体阴性SLE患者(P<0.01)。结论:SLE患者BAFF水平升高,提示BAFF参与SLE发病,且与SLE病情活动指标相关。

Objective：To investigate the levels of B cell activating factor（BAFF） in systemic lupus erythematosus（SLE）,and to analysis the correlation between BAFF and SLE disease activity index,clinical symptoms.Method：Serum BAFF levels were tested by Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA） in 80 patients with SLE and 60 healthy controls.Anti double stranded DNA（ds-DNA） antibodies in SLE patients were detected.Result：BAFF expression in SLE group was significantly higher than that in healthy control group（P〈0.05）;BAFF expression in activity group higher than those in non activity group and health control group（P〈0.01）.Serum BAFF expression was positively correlated with SLEDAI,ESR（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）,and negatively correlated with C3（P〈0.05） in SLE patients.SLE patients with positive anti-ds DNA antibody had significantly higher expression of BAFF than that with negative anti-ds DNA antibody（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：BAFF may be involved in SLE development,and may affected to SLE disease activity.
