双歧杆菌三联活菌散联合茵栀黄口服液治疗新生儿黄疸的临床效果

The Clinical Effect of Bifidobacterium Triple Viable Powder Combined with Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid on Neonatal Jaundice

目的:探讨分析双歧杆菌三联活菌散联合茵栀黄口服液治疗新生儿黄疸的临床效果。方法:选择笔者所在医院2017年1月-2017年12月接诊的84例新生黄疸患儿,随机分为参照组和探讨组,各42例。参照组给予患儿双歧杆菌三联活菌散治疗,探讨组在此基础上联合茵栀黄口服液治疗。对两组患儿治疗前、治疗3、7 d时的经皮测胆红素值、黄疸消失时间及治疗效果进行观察比较。结果:两组患儿治疗前经皮测胆红素值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3、7 d,探讨组经皮测胆红素值明显低于参照组,且探讨组患儿黄疸消失时间显著短于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,探讨组总有效率为92.86%,明显高于参照组的73.81%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对新生儿黄疸采用双歧杆菌三联活菌散联合茵栀黄口服液治疗,有利于患儿胆红素快速降低,加速黄疸消退,从而提高其临床治疗效果。

Objective：To explore the clinical effect of Bifidobacterium Triple Viable Powder combined with Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid on neonatal jaundice.Method：A total of 84 cases of newborn jaundice in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into control group and discussion group,42 cases in each group.The control group was given Bifidobacterium Triple Viable Powder treatment, on the basis of this,the discussion group combined with Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid.The transcutaneous bilirubin level,the disappearance time of jaundice and the therapeutic effect were compared and observed before treatment,after 3,7 days of treatment between the two groups.Result：The difference of transcutaneous bilirubin level before treatment between the two groups has no statistic significant（P〈0.05）;the transcutaneous bilirubin level in the discussion group after 3,7 days were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the jaundice disappear time was significantly shorter than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the total effective rate of the group was 92.86%,which was significantly higher than 73.81% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The neonatal jaundice by Bifidobacterium Triple Viable Powder combined with Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid treatment is beneficial to the rapid reduction of bilirubin and the acceleration of jaundice regression in neonatal jaundice,so as to improve its clinical therapeutic effect
