舒适护理在带状疱疹患者的应用价值分析

Analysis of the Application Value of Comfortable Nursing in Patients with Herpes Zoster

目的:探讨带状疱疹患者予以舒适护理的应用价值。方法:纳入2016年8月-2017年11月笔者所在医院接收的72例带状疱疹患者,抓阄法分为对照组(n=36)和观察组(n=36),常规护理应用在对照组患者的治疗中,观察组患者则在予以常规护理的同时,加用舒适护理。观察上述护理方式的应用效果。结果:(1)对照组的护理满意度83.33%,低于观察组的100%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)对照组护理后疼痛评分(5.93±1.36)分,高于观察组(4.12±1.07)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)对照组愈合时间(95.7±3.4)d,长于观察组的(93.2±4.2)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(4)对照组止痛时间(4.73±1.43)d,长于观察组(2.21±0.37)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:常规护理联合舒适护理治疗带状疱疹,疗效好,疼痛症状减轻明显,持续时间短,可提高患者护理满意度和缩短患者愈合时间。因此,在临床应用前景广阔。

Objective：To investigate the application effect of comfortable nursing for patients with herpes zoster.Method：From August 2016 to November 2017,72 patients with herpes zoster received in our hospital were divided into the control group（n=36） and the observation group（n=36）.The routine nursing application was in the control group.Patients in the observation group were given comfortable care while taking regular care.Observed the application effect of the above nursing methods.Result：（1）83.33% of the nursing satisfaction of the control group was lower than 100% of the observation group（P〈0.05）.（2）The pain score of the control group after nursing was（5.93±1.36）points,higher than that of the observation group（4.12±1.07）points（P〈0.05）.（3）The healing time of the control group was（95.7±3.4）d,which was longer than that of the observation group（93.2±4.2）d（P〈0.05）.（4）The analgesic time of the control group was（4.73±1.43）d, which was longer than that of the observation group（2.21±0.37）d（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Conventional nursing combined with comfortable nursing treatment for herpes zoster has good curative effect and short duration of pain relief,which can improve patient satisfaction and shorten the healing time of patients.Therefore,it has broad prospects in clinical application.
