血浆置换治疗危重症患者的护理分析

Nursing Analysis of Critically Ill Patients with Therapeutic Plasma Exchange

目的:分析危重症患者应用血浆置换治疗(TPE)的护理措施。方法:选取2015年1月-2018年1月在笔者所在医院进行TPE治疗的80例危重症患者,根据护理方式不同将患者分为两组。对照组40例,采取常规护理;观察组40例,强化护理干预,采取预见性的护理措施。结果:观察组并发症总发生率为7.5%,低于对照组的40.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意率为95.0%,高于对照组的80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对采取TPE治疗的危重症患者应采取预见性的护理干预措施,减少并发症发生,提高护理满意度。

Objective： To analyze the nursing measures of Therapeutic Plasma Exchange（TPE） in critically ill patients.Method：From January 2015 to January 2018,80 critically ill patients treated with TPE in our hospital were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods.40 cases in the control group received routine care,40 cases in the observation group used intensified nursing interventions,and adopted predictive nursing measures.Result：The total incidence of complications was 7.5% in the observation group,lower than 40.0% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The total satisfaction rate in the observation group was 95.0%,higher than 80.0% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Patients with critically ill patients undergoing TPE treatment should adopt predictive nursing interventions to reduce complications and improve nursing satisfaction.
