摘要
通过现场踏勘、发放调查表等方式对医化园区所有涉污企业的产品产量,原辅材料的年耗、单耗及三废处理情况进行了调查。根据有机溶剂的单耗及年耗、操作环境、污染物质的特性、废气处理装置的处理效果、固废产生量等,核算出了排放到大气中的主要污染物质总量;同时,从项目整合退出、工艺装备提升等方面深入研究分析了园区医药化工行业转型升级相关工作,并最终对园区转型升级后大气污染物排放量进行了调查统计,以期为该园区今后进行更全面、有效的污染整治方案提供支撑。
The paper investigates the product output, the annual consumption, unit consumption and the treatment of three wastes of all raw materials in the medical park through on--site survey and distribution of questionnaires. According to the organic solvent consumption, annual consumption, operating environment, pollutant characteristics, treatment effect of waste gas treatment device and waste production amount, the amount of major pollutants emissions into the atmosphere is calculated. This paper analyses the park transformation and upgrading of medicine and chemical industry related work from project integrated exit, process equipment, etc. It also investigates the statistics atmospheric pollutants emissions after the transformation and upgrading in order to provide a more comprehensive and effective pollution control plan in the future.
