摘要 指出了随着我国基础设施的大规模建设,传统的软件项目管理界面日益复杂化,传统项目管理已经难以满足整个协同设计的要求。而以三维数字技术为基础的建筑信息模型集成了建筑工程项目的各种相关信息,可用于设计、建造、管理等。在建设项目中推广应用BIM技术,尤其是在设计阶段,对于建筑能耗分析,施工图设计的应用,有利于出现设计变更之后系统的校核、施工方案的优化等,整个工程的质量和效率都有显著的提高。结合某建筑工程实例,将建筑信息模型(Building Information Modeling)的理论和方法应用于工程项目管理,进行了协同设计和能耗分析,探讨了建设工程的信息化管理和设计优化等问题。 With the rapid development of China's economy and society, the project management interface is increasing ly complicated, and traditional project management has been difficult to meet the requirements of the entire collabora rive design. The 3d architectural information model based on 3d digital technology integrates various relevant information of architectural engineering projects, which can he used for design, construction and management. Application BIM technology in the construction project, especially in the design phase for the application of building energy consumption analysis, construction drawing design, is conducive to appear after the design change system of check and guide of the optimization of construction scheme, the project quality and efficiency improved significantly. Combined with practical construction projects, the Building Information model (Building Information Modeling) is applied to engineering project management, the theory and methods of collaborative design and analysis of energy consumption to explore the information management and design optimization of construction engineering.
