安徽省FDI对能源消费强度影响研究

Study on the Influence of FDI on Energy Consumption Intensity in Anhui Province

结合安徽省FDI及能源消费现状,采用对数平均迪式指数法(LMDI),将2006~2016年安徽省能源消费强度变化分解为FDI规模效应、FDI结构效应和FDI技术效应,分析了FDI对能源强度的影响。分解分析结果表明:总体上看,FDI规模效应对安徽省能源消费强度的降低起到抑制作用;FDI结构效应和技术效应对能源强度的影响起到了促进作用,总体上看FDI的流入促进了能源消费强度的降低。

Starting with the status of FDI and energy consumption in Anhui Province, this paper adopts the logarithmic mean index method （LMDI） to decompose the energy consumption intensity changes in Anhui province into FDI scale effect, FDI structure effect and FDI technical effect from 2006 to 2016. It analyzes the influence of FDI on energy intensity. The results of decomposition analysis show that, on the whole, FDI scale effect inhibits the decrease of energy consumption intensity in Anhui province. The influence of FDI structure effect and technology effect on energy intensity promotes the decrease of energy consumption intensity in Anhui province. In general, the inflow of FDI promotes the decrease of energy consumption intensity.
