硼锌铜对观赏向日葵生长发育及花期的影响

摘要 [目的]研究硼锌铜不同量配比对观赏向日葵生长发育及花期的影响,筛选最适宜的营养液配方。[方法]采用正交实验设计,将硼、锌、铜分别设3个水平,共9个处理,经叶面施肥后,分别测定生长指标和生理指标。[结果]微量元素的喷施对观赏向日葵的生长发育与促进花期提前有明显效果,其中铜对观赏向日葵生长指标影响最大,锌对观赏向日葵生理指标影响最大,该试验条件下促进观赏向日葵生长发育最佳硼锌铜配比为B:200 mg/L、Zn:280 mg/L,Cu:180 mg/L。[结论]可以为观赏向日葵生长发育提供科学依据。 [Objection] The aim was to study the effects of different ratio of boron,zinc and copper ongrowth and florescence of ornamental Helianthus annuus L.,and screen the optimum nutrient solutionformula. [Method] Using orthogonal experimental design,boron,zinc and copper were set at three levelsrespectively,with a total of nine treatments. Growth index and physiological index were measured afterapplying fertilizer to leaves. [Result] The spraying of trace elements had obvious effects on the growth anddevelopment of ornamental Helianthus annuus L.. Among them, copper had the greatest influence ongrowth index of ornamental Helianthus annuus L. and zinc had the greatest influence on physiologicalindex of ornamental Helianthus annuus L.. Under this experimental condition, the best ratio of boron, zincand copper for B was 200 mg/L,Zn was 280 mg/L and Cu was 180 mg/L. [Conclusion] It would providescientific basis for the growth and development of ornamental Helianthus annuus.
