本土社会工作人才培养模式探讨——基于保山市的实践

Discussion on the Training Mode of Local Social Work Talents——A Case Study of Baoshan City

近十年来,我国社会工作发展迅速,成为构建和谐社会过程中不可缺少的组成部分。处于祖国西南边陲的保山在探索社会工作本土化进程中,无论是在政策制定、专业教育、项目运营等方面都有所投入和创新,但是由于本地区社会工作发展起步较晚,经济、社会的发展欠发达等因素的制约,仍然存在诸多不足。立足专业社会工作者和实际社会工作者两者的互构共变关系所演进出来的本土社会工作人才这一要素,提出加大宣传社会工作、挖掘开发专业岗位、激活实际工作者存量的促进社会工作发展的路径。

In the past ten years, social work in China has developed rapidly and become an indispensable part in the process of building a harmonious society. Baoshan, located in the southwestern border of China, has invested and innovated in policy making, professional education, project operation and so on in the process of exploring the localization of social work.However, due to the late development of social work in the region and the constraints of economic and social underdevelopment, there are still many shortcomings. Based on the local social work talents from the mutual structure and coevolution of professional social workers and real social workers, this paper proposes to increase the publicity of social work and develop professional posts so as to promote the social work development.
