摘要
目的 :解决北方医院手术净化系统表冷器易结冰导致内部管路损坏无法修复的问题,提出表冷器优化设计方案。方法:对表冷器排水管路进行优化设计,在供水端和回水端分别安装电动阀门,在表冷器接口两端分别安装排水阀,在表冷器接口的高位端安装气泵。基于AT89S52单片机设计表冷器控制部分,实时检测表冷器内的水温,当水温低于设定范围时执行自动排水,水温升高后及时恢复表冷器功能,从而有效防止表冷器冻坏。结果:该优化设计方案既能保证表冷器排水的时效性,又能及时发出供热不足的报警信息,对表冷器进行保护。结论:该方案能有效解决北方地区医院空气净化系统表冷器易冻坏的问题,而且能最短时间内恢复设备工作,保证手术室温度要求,具有很高的实用性和可行性。
Objective To execute an optimal design scheme of the surface air cooler to eliminate internal pipeline failure due to frozen surface air cooler of the surgical purification system in the northern hospital. Methods The discharge pipeline of the surface air cooler was optimized, which had two electrically operated valves at the water supply end and backwater end, two drain valves at the ends of the cooler interface and an air pump at the upper end of the interface. The control unit of the cooler was implemented with AT89S52 SCM, which realized auto drainage in case the water temperature was lower than the setting value and the cooler restored its functions in case the water temperature was heightened. Results The optimized cooler ensured its discharge timeliness, and alarmed when the heating was insufficient. Conclusion The optimal scheme solves the problem that the surface air cooler of the surgical purification is vulnerable to low temperature, and restores the equipment functions in the shortest time to meet the temperature requirements in the operating room.
