摘要
目的:对全自动生化分析仪吸光度限值设置的方法、吸光度限值设定后应采取的后续措施进行研究,以保证检测质量。方法:选取待设定项目浓度接近线性上限结果的样本上机检测,获得吸光度限值的初始设定值;设定吸光度限值后,根据不同的反应类型正确、合理地设置稀释倍数和相应的重测条件。结果:设置吸光度限值可保证检测结果准确、可靠,提高检验质量和工作效率,同时节约成本。结论:正确设置吸光度限值,同时结合实验室信息系统、稀释重测(自动或手动)功能、实验室自动化系统等的应用,才能更好地保证全自动生化分析仪检测结果的准确性。
Objective To discuss the setting method and following measures of the automatic biochemical analyzer to execute quality control. Methods The initial setting value of the absorbance limit was determined by selecting the automatic biochemical analyzer with the concentration close to the upper limit, then dilution factor and retest conditions were set based on reaction types. Results The setting of absorbance limit setting ensured the accuracy, reliability, quality and efficiency of the automatic biochemical analyzer while lowered the cost. Conclusion Setting correctly the absorbance limit contributes to the accuracy of the biochemical analyzer when combined with laboratory information system, automatic or manual dilution retest as well as laboratory automation system.
