摘要
目的 :比较新型卡尺法与经验估测法在SLIPA喉罩选择中的应用,评估新型卡尺指导SLIPA喉罩型号选择的准确性。方法:选取2017年9—11月行膀胱镜手术患者70例,预计无困难气道者66例,随机分成2组,经验估测组33例、卡尺测量组33例,但是最终入组患者60例,经验估测组32例、卡尺测量组28例。所有操作均由同一名使用SLIPA喉罩50例以上的高年资住院医师实施。记录2组患者的手术时间、麻醉时间、机械通气时间、插入喉罩时间以及漏气、更换喉罩、喉罩染血、咽痛、声嘶的例数和插入喉罩尝试次数。采用SPSS 21.0统计软件进行分析。结果:2组患者的手术时间、麻醉时间、机械通气时间、插入喉罩时间以及漏气、更换喉罩、喉罩染血、咽痛、声嘶的发生例数和插入喉罩尝试次数进行差异对比,均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:使用新型卡尺可以帮助麻醉医师准确、直观地选择SLIPA喉罩型号。
Objective To evaluate the accuracy of a novel caliper by comparing it with empirical assessment when used to select SLIPA laryngeal masks. Methods Totally 70 cystoscopy patients from September to November 2017 were selected, of whom, 66 ones with no difficult airway were divided randomly and equally into an empirical assessment group and a caliper group. There were 60 patients enrolled into the study finally, of whom, 32 ones were in the empirical assessment group and the remained 28 ones in the caliper group. A senior resident doctor with experience of 50 cases of SLIPA throat mask execution completed the selection as required. The indexes in the two groups were recorded such as operating time,anesthesia time, duration of mechanical ventilation, time when the throat mask was applied, the cases of air leakage, replaced throat mask, bloodstained throat mask, pharyngalgia and hoarseness as well as the times for inserting the throat mask. SPSS21.0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results The two groups had no significant differences in operating time,anesthesia time, duration of mechanical ventilation, time when the throat mask was applied, the cases of air leakage, replaced throat mask, bloodstained throat mask, pharyngalgia and hoarseness as well as the times for inserting the throat mask(P〉 0.05). Conclusion The novel caliper can help to select SLIPA throat mask accurately and intuitively during airway management.
