目的 :针对部分医院医疗设备及耗材采购过程中的相关问题,提出相应的对策和改进措施,提升医院的医疗器械采购和使用监管水平。方法:分析军队医院药材监察清理工作中的采购管理要求,对照检查标准和细则,找出医疗设备和医用耗材采购及日常管理存在的问题。结果:提出严格落实医疗器械委员会章程,明确职能部门及人员分工;加强医疗设备的全寿命周期管理,明确工作流程;加强医用耗材采购的计划性,实现医用耗材使用监管的信息化可有效提高军队医院医疗器械采购和使用水平。结论:持续落实药材采购监察清理的标准和细则是加强军队医院医疗器械采购和监管水平的有效手段。

Objective To analyze the problems and countermeasures of medical instrument procurement in the military hospital.Methods The requirements of military hospital drug and instrument supervision were discussed, and the problems in medical instrument and consumables procurement and daily management were found according to corresponding supervision standards and terms. Results Some suggestions were put forward to including implementing the procedures of medical instrument committee and determining the functional department and personnel mission, strengthening medical instrument life-cycle management and preparing working flow, enhancing medical consumables procurement planning and utilization supervision informatization and so on. Conclusion It＇s of practical values to implement corresponding standards and terms for military hospital medical instrument procurement and supervision.
