目的 :探索生物医学工程专业学位研究生实习基地的建设模式,为生物医学工程专业培养应用型人才。方法:针对生物医学工程专业学位研究生的培养目标,提出完善硬件条件、加强与学校的合作、建立"双导师"机制以及制订合理的教学计划等具体措施建设实习基地。结果:该实习基地为医院与企业培养了一批专业应用型人才,并获得了用人单位认可。结论:该实习基地的建设模式具有一定的可行性,为其他医院建设生物医学工程专业学位研究生实习基地提供了参考。

Objective To discuss the construction mode of the practice base for professional degree postgraduates in biomedical engineering specialty to cultivate application-oriented personnel of biomedical engineering. Methods Some measures were put forward with considerations on the cultivation target of professional degree postgraduates in biomedical engineering specialty, including improving hardware conditions, enhancing the cooperation with universities, establishing dual-supervisor system and preparing rational teaching plan. Results The practice base trained various of application-oriented personnel for hospitals and enterprises, and gained their recognition. Conclusion The above measures provide references for practice base construction in the hospital for training professional degree postgraduates in biomedical engineering specialty.
