依帕司他对糖尿病周围神经病变患者氧化应激及炎症反应的影响 被引量:1

Efficacy of Epalrestat on Oxidative Stress and Inflammatory Reaction in Patients with Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

摘要 目的探讨依帕司他对糖尿病周围神经病变患者氧化应激及炎症反应的影响。方法选取我院2016年2月~2017年5治疗的糖尿病周围神经病变患者78例为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其分为两组,各39例。两组均给予控制血糖治疗,对照组给予硫辛酸,观察组在对照组基础上联合依帕司他。比较两组应激反应、炎症因子、运动神经传导速度(MNCV)、感觉神经传导速度(SNCV)及不良反应。结果治疗后对照组SOD及MDA水平低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后对照组TNF-α、IL-6水平均高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组MNCV及SNCV腓神经、正中神经、胫骨神经速度均比观察组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论依帕司他治疗可有效抑制糖尿病周围神经病变患者机体应激反应及炎症反应,促进神经传导功能的改善,且用药安全可靠。 Objective: To investigate the efficacy of epalrestat on oxidative stress and inflammatory reaction in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods: In total, 78 patients with DPN were admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2016 to May 2017. They were randomly divided into control group(n=39) and test group(n=39). All patients were treated with controlling blood glucose, while patients in test group were treated with epalrestat additionally. The stress reaction, inflammatory factors, motor nerve conduction velocity(MNCV), sensory nerve conduction velocity(SNCV), and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment, the levels of SOD and MDA in control group were significantly lower than those in test group. The levels of TNF-αand IL-6 in control group were significantly higher than those in test group. The MNCV and SNCV in control group were significantly lower than those in test group(P〈0.05). However, there was no significant difference in adverse reactions between two groups.Conclusions: Epalrestat can inhibit stress reaction and inflammatory factors for improving nerve conduction, and it is safe and reliable for clinic.
