摘要 快速检测技术取样量大、操作地点不受限,一般在5 min^30 min就可以完成食品中有害物质的检验并出具检验结果,满足食品监管需求。京铁列服检验化验中心利用快速检测技术加强对高铁餐食生产工序的监管,对快速检测技术在高铁餐食安全监管中的作用及应用进行分析,并就其未来的应用趋势进行了探讨。 The rapid detection technology has a large sample size and the operation site is not limited. Generally, it can complete the inspection of hazardous substances in food within about 5 min to 30 min and issue the inspection results to meet the requirements of food supervision. The Beijing railway train service inspection and testing center uses the rapid test technology to strengthen the supervision of the production process of high-speed railway meals. The role and application of the rapid test technology in the safety supervision of high-speed railway meals are analyzed, and the future application trend of the technology is discussed.
